Over the launch weekend, Norwood Grand, a new residential project by City Developments Limited (CDL), saw strong demand, with 84% of its units sold at an average price of S$2,067 psf. Out of the 348 units, 292 were snapped up, marking the best-performing private residential launch of 2024. The development attracted mostly Singaporean buyers, with competitive pricing starting at S$988,000 for a one-bedder plus study, and topping out at S$2.24 million for a four-bedroom deluxe unit with a study.
The launch is particularly significant as it’s the first private residential project in Woodlands in over a decade, drawing pent-up demand from HDB upgraders and buyers eyeing the area’s future growth.
