Meyer Park is located at 81 and 83 Meyer Road, comprises 60 apartment units, promising an exclusive and luxurious living experience over a land area of approximately 8,981.1sqm.

Including a land betterment charge of about $90.9 million, the land costs for Meyer Park is  approximately $1,668 per sq ft per plot ratio, the site holds immense potential for redevelopment.

Ms. Swee Shou Fern, head of investment advisory at Edmund Tie, emphasizes the significance of strategic location and attractive pricing in driving developer interest, particularly in the current market climate.

This marks Meyer Park’s third collective sale attempt, following previous bids with a reserve price of $420 million, demonstrating resilience and eventual success in aligning with market demands.
